Yes, there really is a Debbie, she and her husband both work at the salon, as do Debbie's children. Her daughter AJ manages Sales, Marketing and Buying. Her son David manages Purchasing, Shipping and Receiving and her other son Patrick manages Operations, Information Systems and Human Resources. David's wife Jennifer also works in a key operating role.
