A-List Update: Week 1 Recap

Week 1 of the 2015 Houston A-List is in the history books.

After much anticipation, the polls for the 2015 Houston A-List opened last week. Voting kicked off Monday, April 27th and things got exciting right out of the gate. With more than a dozen new categories to vote in and hundreds of new nominees, the first few days saw a frenzy of activity. After the first week, we counted a whopping total of 2,040 nominations and more than 3,400 votes.

After a strong first week, we expect Houston area voters to keep their foot on the pedal. Nominees that got out to fast starts may be sitting pretty in first place now, but with the polls open until 31st of May, complacency is not an option. Until next week!
